摘要
基于钢铁厂周围土壤重金属分析,着重对钢铁厂产生的废石、尾矿进行资源化利用研究。研究表明,Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb的单因子污染指数P i的平均值分别约为31.50、0.11、0.01、2.56、0.35、0.02、0.19。内梅罗综合指数P n的平均值分别约为51.90、0.20、0.02、4.70、0.40、0.04、0.22。其中,Cr、As的P n都大于3.0。根据内梅罗综合污染指数法原理,P n>3.0即可判断为重度污染,说明该地区受Cr、As污染严重。因此,钢铁厂固废的资源化利用研究分为受铬、砷金属污染和未被金属污染两种情况。
In order to realize the resource utilization of industrial solid wastes generated by the steel plant,this study analyzed the concentrations of heavy metals in the soil around the steel plant and focused on the resource utilization of waste rock and tailings generated by the steel plant.The results showed that the average values of single factor pollution index of Cr,Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb were 31.50,0.11,0.01,2.56,0.35,0.02,0.19.Respectively,the average value of Nemero composite index Pn of Cr and As are greater than 3.0.Accoring to the priniple of Nemero comptehensive pollution index method,P n>3.0 can be judged as serious pollution,indecating that the area is seriously polluted by Cr and As.Therefore,the research on the resource utilization of solid wastes in iron and steel plants can be divided into two situations:chromium and arsenic metal pollution and non-metal pollution.
