德国适老化住区规划的评析与借鉴

德国人口正在经历快速老化的过程,德国政府几十年来一直在积极地应对老龄化,尤其在适老化住区的发展上有着较为成熟的理论研究与实践经验。该文阐述了德国适老化住区的概念、内涵、范畴和发展概况,并通过深入的梳理和研究,从理念、原则、途径、措施等方面分析并归纳出德国适老化住区规划的特点,阐明全面的适老住区建设是多层次、多维度的融合发展;结合成功的实践经验,客观地总结了德国在适老化住区规划方面值得我国“老年宜居社区”建设的可借鉴之处。

Germany’s population is undergoing a rapid aging process,and the German government has been actively responding to the aging for decades,especially in the development of"altengerechte Quartiere"with rather mature theoretical research and practical experience.We expound the concept,connotation,category and general situation of the development of the"altengerechte Quartiere"in Germany,we also analyze and sum up the characteristics of the planning of the"altengerechte Quartiere"in Germany from the aspects of the concept,principle,approach and measures,etc.Then we interpret that the comprehensive construction of livable community for the elderly is the multi-level and multi-dimensional integrated development.The planning and construction of the suitable aging residential area in Germany together with its successful practice projects provides valuable experience for the"livable community for the elderly"in China.
