摘要
数字化信息时代下,除传统的市场和政府力量外,创新生态系统也不断推进国家高新区转型升级。随着“双创”战略的大力实施,创新空间在国家高新区中快速涌现。以阐述创新生态理论为基础,据此提出创新空间集群的“ICM-V”概念化分析模型,以武汉市东湖高新区为实证,借助Python技术,针对创新产业的集聚特征,解析创新空间集群在组织结构、内在属性、运行机制的特性,最后,从促进创新主体集聚、建设共享开放场所、完善创新生态体系三个层面提出高新区创新空间集群规划应对策略。
In the era of digital information, in addition to traditional market and government forces, the innovation ecosystem is also constantly promoting the transformation and upgrading of national high-tech zones. With the vigorous implementation of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy, innovation space has rapidly emerged in the national high-tech zone. On the basis of expounding the innovation ecology theory, we propose the "ICM-V" conceptual analysis model of innovation space cluster. Taking Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone as an example, with the help of Python technology, according to the agglomeration characteristics of innovation industry,we analyze the organization of innovation space cluster. The characteristics of structure, intrinsic attributes, and operation mechanism,and finally, from the three aspects of promoting the agglomeration of innovation subjects, building a shared open place, and improving the innovation ecosystem, the coping strategies of the innovation space cluster planning in the high-tech zone are put forward.
