盐城市农业农村现代化发展水平综合评价与提升对策研究

Comprehensive Evaluation and Improvement Strategies of the Development of Agricultural and Rural Modernization in Yancheng City

实现农业农村现代化是乡村振兴战略的根本目标,推进盐城市农业农村现代化发展对区域经济社会可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。从农业现代化与农村现代化两个目标层面构建了包含8个一级指标和29个二级指标的评价体系,通过熵值法确定各评价指标的权重,采用农业农村现代化综合发展指数对盐城市20152019年农业农村现代化的发展状况进行综合评价。研究结果表明:20152019年盐城市农业农村现代化综合发展水平不断提升,综合发展指数从2015年的0.1529提高到2019年的0.7818,已经处于农业农村现代化基本实现阶段。结合实际提出提升盐城市乡村三产融合发展水平等对策建议,以促进盐城市未来农业农村现代化综合发展水平的提升。

Realizing agricultural and rural modernization is the fundamental goal of rural revitalization strategy.Promoting agricultural and rural modernization is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of regional economy and society in Yancheng City.The researchers construct the evaluation system in terms of the two goals of agricultural modernization and rural modernization,including 8 first grade indexes and 29 second grade indexes.The weight of each index is determined by the entropy method,and the comprehensive development index of agricultural and rural modernization has been used to evaluate the development of agricultural and rural modernization in Yancheng from 2015 to 2019.The research results show that during that period,there has been a continuous increase in the comprehensive development level of agricultural and rural modernization in that City.The comprehensive development index has increased from 0.1529 in 2015 to 0.7818 in 2019,which means that agricultural and rural modernization has been basically realized.The researchers put forward strategies for improving the integrated development of three agricultural industries in Yancheng,so as to promote the comprehensive development of agricultural and rural modernization in that city in the future.
