“三高四新”背景下湖南省制造业的现状及创新路径研究

2020年9月,习近平主席在湖南省郴州、长沙等地视察调研时,对湖南的发展提出了打造“三个高地”、担当践行“四新”使命的新定位新目标新要求。湖南省省委提出全力实施“三高四新”,奋力打造新湖南。通过分析湖南省制造业现状,找到其创新发展的不足之处,结果发现湖南省制造业研发人员投入和经费投入不足,科技创新成果市场转化能力不强,传统制造业转型困难,从而针对性地提出需要加大研发人员与研发经费投入,提高自主创新能力和促进产业升级来促进湖南省制造业高质量发展,这有利于促进"三高四新"战略稳重有进的实施,促进湖南省先进制造业的发展。

In September 2020,when President Xi Jinping inspected and investigated in Chenzhou and Changsha,Hunan Province,President Xi Jinping put forward new positioning,new goals and requirements for the development of Hunan to build"three highlands"and fulfill the mission of"four new".Hunan Provincial Party Committee proposed to fully implement the"three high and four new",and strive to build a new Hunan.By analyzing the manufacturing situation in Hunan province,find the shortcomings of innovation development,the results found that Hunan province manufacturing research and development personnel investment and insufficient investment,scientific and technological innovation market transformation ability is not strong,traditional manufacturing transformation,targeted to increase research and development personnel and research and development investment,improve independent innovation ability and promote Hunan manufacturing development,which is conducive to promote the"three high four new"strategy implementation,promote the development of advanced manufacturing in Hunan province.
