摘要 主要依据机械行业标准与企业内控标准对香蕉型振动筛的结构进行了参数设计与计算,以最终确定的振动筛主要零部件结构形式,采用三维造型软件Creo对香蕉型振动筛的各部位进行三维结构造型,并借助有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS/Workbench对香蕉型振动筛结构进行了静力学与动力学分析,针对其主梁结构进行了横梁截面尺寸参数优化。分析结果得出,优化后的香蕉型振动筛在结构强度、刚度以及振动特性上均能满足企业对香蕉型振动筛整体结构性能的设计要求,可有效提高香蕉型振动筛整机性能的可靠性和使用寿命,降低由于主梁断裂或开裂等失效带来的风险,本论文的工作具有一定的实用价值。 In this paper,the structure of banana type vibrating screen is designed and calculated based on the mechanical industry standard and enterprise internal control standard,and the main parts of the finalized vibrating screen are structured in the form of three-dimensional modeling software Creo,and the structure of banana type vibrating screen is analyzed by finite element simulation software ANSYS/Workbench.Static and dynamic analysis was carried out,and the cross-sectional parameters of the beam were optimized for the main beam structure.The analysis results show that the optimized banana vibrating screen can meet the requirements of the enterprise for the overall structural performance of the banana vibrating screen in terms of structural strength,stiffness and vibration characteristics,which can effectively improve the reliability and service life of the whole machine performance of the banana vibrating screen and reduce the risk of failure due to the main beam fracture or cracking,and the work of this thesis has certain practical value.
