摘要
针对高压加热器液位控制不准确的问题,提出了一种高压加热器疏水液位控制辅助装置的设计方案。通过在高压加热器内部预定的高度安装带有空腔的浮动板,用以辅助液位控制模块共同提高高压加热器水位的稳定性和精准性,既可提高机组的经济效益,又可保证电站的安全运行。
In order to solve the problem of inaccurate liquid level control of high pressure heater,this paper presents a design scheme of auxiliary device for controlling the hydrophobic liquid level.By installing a floating plate with a cavity at a predetermined height inside the high-pressure heater to assist the liquid level control module to jointly improve the stability and accuracy of the water level of the high-pressure heater.It can improve the economic benefit of the unit and ensure the safe operation of the power station.
