综采工作面超前复合支护优化设计及其应用

摘要 采煤工作面超前是连接回风巷和运输巷的关键部位,担负着煤炭、物料运输,进回风、行人等任务;此范围内存在控顶面积大、且掘进时存在压力重新分布、回采期间在超前支承压力作用下,顶板出现大量下沉,造成工作面上下出口及超前处最容易发生冒顶事故,影响回采安全。通过优化支护,改善围岩受力状态,变“被动”为“主动”,利用深部围岩强度(增打托顶煤锚索梁),简化了工作面超前支护,减少了巷道维修量,为以后抬顶煤综放工作面超前支护提供参考依据,具有显著的社会经济效益和广阔的应用前景。 The overhead of coal mining face is the key part connecting the return air lane and transport lane,which is responsible for the transportation of coal and materials,return air and pedestrian;there is a large roof control area in this area,and the pressure is redistributed when digging,and the roof plate sinks a lot under the pressure of the overhead support during the return mining period,which causes the overhead accident to occur most easily at the exit and overhead of the working face and affects the safety of return mining.By optimizing the support,improving the stress state of the surrounding rock,turning"passive"into"active",using the strength of the deep surrounding rock(additional top coal anchor beam),simplifying the overhead support of the working face,reducing the amount of maintenance of the roadway,and providing a reference basis for the overhead support of the top-raising coal comprehensive release working face in the future.It provides a reference basis for the future overhead support of coal lifting workface,with significant social and economic benefits and broad application prospects.
