提升垃圾仓温度与垃圾发酵质量对发电量的影响分析

摘要 以烟台润达垃圾处理运营有限公司400 t/d垃圾焚烧炉为研究对象,介绍了生活垃圾焚烧厂背景及存在问题,通过对垃圾坑排水篦子的改造、对垃圾内部通入高温蒸汽以及对垃圾坑通入热风等技术措施,可以降低垃圾的含水率、提高垃圾发酵质量和提高垃圾的燃烧热值,继而提高吨垃圾上网电量,增加企业的经济效益。 Taking the 400t/d waste incinerator of Yantai Runda Waste Treatment and Operation Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the background and problems of domestic waste incineration plant are introduced,and technical measures such as the modification of the waste pit drainage grate,the introduction of high temperature steam into the waste interior and the introduction of hot air into the waste pit can reduce the water content of the waste,improve the quality of waste fermentation and increase the calorific value of waste combustion,which in turn can increase the tonnage of The technical measures can reduce the water content of waste,improve the quality of waste fermentation and increase the calorific value of waste combustion,and then increase the tonnage of waste feed-in electricity and increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
