摘要
新冠疫情的肆虐对传统制造业造成较大的冲击,制造企业为了能够持续生存和发展,需要有效提升数字化能力,进而构建供应链弹性。基于此,进行结构方程模型分析,实证研究了数字化能力对供应链弹性的影响,有助于企业跟踪可视化产品、信息流,增强企业的关键竞争优势。
The impact of the new epidemic on the traditional manufacturing industry has been significant,with problems such as staff shortages,supply chain disruptions,and slow resumption of production,with some manufacturing enterprises even pressing the"pause button".In order to survive and grow,manufacturing companies need to effectively improve their digital capabilities and build supply chain resilience.Based on this,a structural equation model is used to empirically study the impact of digital capability on supply chain resilience,which helps companies to track visual product and information flows and enhance their key competitive advantages.
