摘要
针对输煤皮带转运点存在粉尘浓度高,易突发故障等问题,分析了皮带机转运点产尘特点,结合降尘除尘方案的设计要求,设计了皮带机转运点的降尘除尘方案,提出了方案的软硬件设计,并进行了应用测试,测试结果表明,应用该方案后皮带机转运点的粉尘质量浓度控制在了30 mg/m3左右,降尘率高达94%左右,取得了较好的降尘效果,改善了作业环境,更好地保障了皮带机的安全连续稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of high dust concentration and sudden failure at the transfer point of coal conveyor belt,we analyzed the characteristics of dust production at the transfer point of belt conveyor,combined with the design requirements of dust reduction and dust removal solution,designed the dust reduction and dust removal solution at the transfer point of belt conveyor,proposed the software and hardware design of the solution,and carried out the application test,the test results showed that the dust quality concentration at the transfer point of belt conveyor was controlled at about 30 mg/m~3 after applying the solution,and the dust reduction rate was as high as 94%.The test results show that the dust quality concentration at the transfer point of the belt conveyor is controlled to about 30mg/m~3,and the dust reduction rate is about 94%,which has achieved a good dust reduction effect,improved the operating environment,and better guaranteed the safe and continuous stable operation of the belt conveyor.
