高密度城市公共空间基础设施廊道用地规划方法

摘要 常规的用地规划方法没有建立一个完整的空间网络体系,导致廊道在城市空间基础设施中的连通性较差,为提高廊道对城市基础设施的连通能力,研究高密度城市公共空间基础设施廊道用地规划方法。建立公共空间基础设施图层结构,设计基础设施廊道网络模式以及公共空间基础设施廊道网络体系,基于网络体系缓冲区分析技术规划廊道用地。根据实验结果可知:所提方法下15个区域的连通率平均值约为2.184,3种常规方法的连通率平均值分别为1.801、1.726、1.754。所提方法下点状数据与线状数据之间的网络连接度平均值约为0.574,面状数据与线状数据之间的网络连接度平均值约为0.486,而常规方法下点状数据与线状数据之间的网络连接度平均值分别为0.392、0.434、0.248,面状数据与线状数据之间的网络连接度平均值分别为0.315、0.305、0.278。由此可见,所提方法与常规方法在廊道连通率对比中拥有较好的测试结果,说明该方法在廊道用地规划中具有更好的效果。 Conventional land use planning methods do not establish a complete spatial network system, which leads to poor connectivity of corridors in urban spatial infrastructure. In order to improve the connectivity of corridors to urban infrastructure, we studied the high density urban public space infrastructure corridor land-use planning method. We established the layer structure of public space infrastructure, designed infrastructure corridor network mode and public space infrastructure corridor network system, and planed corridor land based on network system buffer analysis technology. According to the experimental results, the average connectivity of 15 regions under the proposed method is about 2.184,and the average connectivity of 3 conventional methods is 1.801, 1.726 and 1.754 respectively. Under the proposed method, the average network connectivity between point data and line data is about 0.574, the average network connectivity between area data and line data is about 0.486.While under the conventional method, the average network connectivity between point data and line data is 0.392, 0.434 and 0.248 respectively,and the average network connectivity between area data and line data is 0.315, 0.305 and 0.278 respectively. It can be seen that the proposed method has better test results in the comparison of corridor connectivity, indicating that the method has better effect in corridor land planning.
