基于RTK无人机的杆塔安装质量快速检查技术研究

摘要 输电线路工程的验收是保障电力系统质量的重要环节。为了实现输电线路工程验收中杆塔安装质量快速检查,研究了基于RTK无人机的杆塔安装质量快速检查技术。该技术基于RTK无人机获取杆塔的高分辨率光学影像,通过PPK空三解算方法获取每幅影像的高精度外方位元素,依据双相机立体量测原理进行杆塔安装几何精度的快速检查。以广东省云浮市作为实验区完成验证,实验结果表明这种方法具有可行性和有效性,为输电线路工程的验收提供了一种低成本、高精度的技术手段。 The acceptance of transmission line engineering is an important link to ensure the quality of power system. In order to realize the rapid inspection of pole and tower installation quality in the acceptance of transmission line engineering, we studied the rapid inspection technology of pole and tower installation quality based on RTK UAV. This technology acquires high-resolution optical images of poles and towers by using RTK UAV, obtains the high-precision external orientation elements of each image by PPK aerotriangulation solution method, and according to the dual camera stereo measurement principle checks the geometric accuracy of pole and tower installation quickly. The experimental result,which is verified in the experimental area of Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, shows that this method is feasible and effective, which can provide a low cost, high-precision technical means for transmission line engineering acceptance.
