摘要
航空领域的人工智能技术运用促进了航空产业迅速发展,同时也加大了相关安全风险,使得现行航空法面临新的挑战。波音737MAX系列事故发生后,人工智能系统给航空安全带来的威胁备受关注。从长远发展角度看,应当在《航空器适航性》当中制定有关人工智能系统的适航标准,还要从航空器适航管理角度加以重视,以便在利用人工智能技术发展航空产业的同时,最大限度地保障航空安全。
The application of artificial intelligence technology has brought rapid development to the aviation industry which meanwhile increased the related safety risks,making the current aviation law face new challenges.After the Boeing 737MAX series of accidents,the threat of artificial intelligence systems to aviation safety is worthy of attention.From a long-term development perspective,airworthiness standards for artificial intelligence systems should be formulated in the Airworthiness of Aircraft,and more attention should be paid from the perspective of aircraft airworthiness management to maximize aviation safety while using artificial intelligence technology to develop the aviation industry.
