The Incidence of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Neurosurgery Patients:A Meta-Analysis

目的通过Meta分析了解神经外科患者深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率。方法检索PubMed、Science Direct、CINAHL、Web of Science、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、万方、维普、中国知网和中国生物医学文献数据库建库至2021年11月神经外科患者DVT发生率非实验性研究。由两名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料、评价文献质量。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入43篇文献,样本量为258873例。Meta分析结果显示,神经外科患者DVT发生率为16%[95%CI(0.15,0.17)]。亚组分析结果显示,国内、神经外科重症监护病房、脑出血、资料来源于2017年-2021年的神经外科患者DVT发生率较高。结论神经外科患者DVT发生率较高。应从DVT预防和管理指南本土化、DVT早期预警及干预机制建立等方面入手,提高神经外科患者DVT评估和诊疗质量。

Objective To investigate the incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in neurosurgery patients through Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,Science Direct,CINAHL,Web of Science,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Wanfang,VIP,CNKI and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched for non-experimental study on the incidence of DVT in neurosurgery patients from database creation to November 2021.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the literature.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 43 literatures were included,with a sample size of 258873 cases.Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of DVT in neurosurgery patients was 16%[95%CI(0.15,0.17)].The results of subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of DVT was higher in domestic,neurosurgical intensive care units,cerebral hemorrhage,and neurosurgical patients with data from 2017 to 2021.Conclusion The incidence of DVT was higher in neurosurgical patients.The localization of DVT prevention and management guidelines,the establishment of DVT early warning and intervention mechanism and other aspects should be promoted to improve the evaluation and diagnosis and treatment quality of neurosurgery patients with DVT.
