摘要
对职能科室进行绩效考核,有利于提升医院管理水平。依据岗位说明书建立职能科室绩效考核指标库,采用专家咨询法、案例分析法、目标管理法等筛选指标,依据平衡计分卡构建指标体系,采用专家咨询法计算指标权重。最终构建了包含4个维度、5个一级指标、12个二级指标及个性化三级指标的职能科室契约式绩效考核指标体系。应用后,该体系能够有效评价职能科室绩效水平,职工对职能科室满意度有所提升。契约式绩效考核有助于促进职能部门自身发展建设和工作水平提升。
The performance appraisal of functional departments is conducive to the improvement of hospital management level.The performance appraisal index database of functional departments was established according to the job description,and indicators were screened by expert consulting method,case analysis method and objective management method.The index system was constructed according to the balanced score card,and the index weight was calculated by expert consulting method.Finally,the contractual performance appraisal index system of functional departments was constructed,which included 4 dimensions,5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and personalized third-level indicators.After application,the system can evaluate the performance level of functional departments,and employees'satisfaction on functional departments had been improved.Contractual performance appraisal was helpful to promote the development and construction of functional departments and improve their work level.
