乌兰察布市铁合金行业矿热炉密闭技改工作研究

摘要 铁合金产业属于高耗能产业,也是工业领域推进节能的重点行业之一。多年来,在国家和自治区相关节能工作部署下,乌兰察布市持续推进产业结构调整和转型升级,大量淘汰或整改低能效的铁合金企业,使区域铁合金产业能源利用水平不断提高,取得了显著成就。随着国家和自治区对能耗双控和低碳工作要求的不断提升,乌兰察布市铁合金产业仍然面临较大挑战,一方面,部分企业节能意识和管理水平仍需提高,行业先进节能技术仍须大力普及;另一方面,部分铁合金企业仍然存在环保设施落后、无组织排放严重等环保问题。乌兰察布市铁合金产业亟需采取有效举措,加快提标改造,加速实现整体优化提升。本文以乌兰察布市铁合金行业为背景,在大量实地调研的基础上,综合分析了国家、自治区和地区有关政策要求,参考了铁合金行业实践经验,按照铁合金产品分类,梳理汇总并有针对性的研讨了铁合金矿热炉密闭技改方式,以期对解决铁合金行业矿热炉密闭技改的相关问题提供思路和帮助。 Ferroalloy industry is a high-energy consumption industry, and it is also one of the key industries to promote energy conservation in the in-dustrial field. Over the years, under the relevant energy conservation work deployment of the state and the autonomous region, Ulanqab city has co-ntinued to promote the adjustment and transformation and upgrading of indu-strial structure, eliminated or rectified a large number of low-efficiency ferroalloy enterprises, and continuously improved the energy utilization l-evel of the regional ferroalloy industry, and made remarkable achievements. With the continuous improvement of dual energy consumption control and low carbon work requirements of the state and autonomous region, Ulanqab ferr-oalloy industry still faces great challenges. On the one hand,some energy saving awareness and management level still need to be improved, and advan-ced energy saving technology must be popularized;on the other hand, some ferroalloy enterprises still have environmental problems such as backward environmental protection facilities and serious unorganized emissions. The ferroalloy industry in Wulanchabu city is in urgent need to take effective measures to accelerate the upgrading and accelerate the overall optimizati-on and promotion. This article in wulanchabu ferroalloy industry as the ba-ckground, on the basis of a large number of field research, the comprehens-ive analysis of the national, autonomous regions and regions, reference to the ferroalloy industry practice experience, according to the ferroalloy p-roduct classification, combing summary and targeted discusses the ferroall-oy thermal furnace airtight technical renovation, in order to solve the fe-rroalloy industry thermal furnace airtight technical renovation related pr-oblems to provide ideas and help.
