基于全国医疗质量抽样调查数据的日间手术发展分析

Analysis of the Development of Daytime Surgery Based on the National Medical Quality Sampling Survey Data

目的 分析我国日间手术发展过程中存在的问题,提出优化建议和解决方案。方法 基于2020年国家医疗质量管理与控制信息系统的日间手术调查数据,对771家开展日间手术的医疗机构进行数据统计、分析汇总和对策研究。结果 我国日间手术暴露出日间手术发展不均衡、日间手术占择期手术比例较低、日间手术信息化不完善、日间电子病历需优化和书写不规范等问题。结论 建议通过明确日间手术定义、统一业务流程、适当扩增日间手术病种范围等对策,切实解决好影响我国日间手术平稳快速发展的紧要问题,提高日间医疗服务质量的同质性和规范化。

Objective To find the problems existing in the development of day surgery and put forward optimization suggestions and solutions in China. Methods Based on the survey data of daytime surgery from NCIS in 2020,data statistics,analysis,summary,and countermeasures of 771 medical institutions carrying out daytime surgery were studied. Results The development of day surgery resources in China are unbalanced,the proportion of day surgery in elective surgery is low,the informatization of day surgery and the optimization and writing of day surgery electronic medical record are not standardized. Conclusion It is suggested by clearly defining day surgery and unifying medical process,appropriately amplifying the scope of ambulatory surgery diseases and other solutions,to solve the urgent problems affecting the day surgery development, to improve the homogeneity and standardization of medical service quality in the day surgery.
