摘要
秦汉魏晋南北朝时期,中国各地政治经济文化交流在广度上和深度上都有较大进展,与此同时,荆楚地区农业日趋成熟,饮食文化的地域特色逐渐明朗,这使得荆楚地区人民的主食与副食品种都有所增加,荆楚饮食文化取得了较大发展。本文对秦汉魏晋南北朝时期荆楚地区饮食文化发展的状况及其原因,做了深入的探讨。
During the Qin,Han,Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,Hubei’s agriculture became increasingly mature,and the regional characteristics of diet culture gradually became clear.Economic and cultural exchanges in various parts of China have made great progress in depth and breadth.This makes the staple food and non-staple food of the people in the Jingchu area available.Constantly increasing,Jingchu food culture has achieved greater development.This article makes an in-depth discussion on the development of Jingchu’s diet culture and its reasons during the Qin,Han,Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties.
