基于全域作战云的联合作战指挥控制研究

Research on Joint Operations Command and Control Based onAll-Domain Battle Cloud

云计算历经十几年的发展并在军事领域逐步推广应用,已成为重构联合作战指挥控制体系的重要途径。介绍了美军作战云的起源和发展,提出了一种面向陆、海、空、天、潜、电磁、网络等作战空间的全域作战云架构,总结了全域作战云在指挥控制关系重组、数据分发和信息共享、以及指挥控制系统快速迭代等方面的应用,并分析了全域作战云当前所面临的关键技术问题和拟解决思路,为后续更深入和广泛的研究提供了思路。

Cloud computing has experienced more than a decade of rapid development and is gradually popularized and applied in military field.Cloud computing has become an important way to reconstruct the system of joint operations command and control.The origin and development of American Army’s Combat Could is summarized.All-domain battle cloud oriented to land,sea,air,space,submarine,electronmagneticsm,network and other battle space is proposed.Such applications of all-domain as in command and control relation recombination,data distribution,information sharing,fast iteration of command and control system,etc.are summarized.The key technical problems and proposed solution currently faced by the all-main combat cloud is analyzed.The solution is provided ofr the follow-up further and wide research.
