复杂钢索塔BIM模型与有限元软件互联探索

摘要 目前交通建设领域涌现越来越多造型新颖的钢结构桥梁,复杂钢结构桥梁需要借助BIM软件辅助设计,并进行精细化有限元分析以达到结构安全和造型美观的平衡。针对这一问题的大多数研究成果多为采用编程接口方式进行模型转换,但这类方法较为复杂,不便于大多数设计人员使用。文中以震川大桥钢索塔为例,将Catia软件中的BIM模型快速导入Midas FEA NX进行有限元计算分析;并利用建立的有限元模型对复杂钢索塔锚箱板厚、腹板板厚、塔壁板厚,以及隔板数量等关键设计参数进行对比分析,得出相关参数对结构刚度和受力的影响,以指导结构设计参数取值。 At present,more and more novel steel bridges have emerged in the field of transportation construction.These complex steel bridges not only need to be aided by BIM software,but also need refined finite element analysis to achieve the balance between structural safety and beautiful appearance.Most of the achievements against this problem are based on programming interface for model conversion,but most of these methods are complex and not convenient for most designers.Taking the steel tower of Zhenchuan Bridge as an example,how to quickly import the BIM model in Catia software into Midas FEA NX is introduced in detail for finite element analysis.The finite element model is used to compare and analyze the key design parameters such as the thickness of anchor box plate,the thickness of web plate,the thickness of tower wall plate and the number of partitions of complex steel cable tower.The influence of relevant parameters on structural stiffness and stress is obtained,which provides reference for the selection of structural design parameters.
