摘要
采用亲油型纳米SiO_(2)制备出改性沥青,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与紫外-可见光分度计对亲油型纳米SiO_(2)与亲油型纳米SiO_(2)改性沥青的微观结构与性能进行表征。考察亲油型纳米SiO_(2)对基体沥青物理性能、温度敏感性、高低温流变性能的影响。并分别评价沥青抗长期老化性能和抗紫外线老化性能。结果表明,亲油型纳米SiO_(2)改性沥青与基质沥青相比,长期老化后的疲劳因子较低,改性沥青的紫外老化指数也明显低于基质沥青。在掺量为7%的条件下,亲油型纳米SiO_(2)改性沥青表现出较好的流变性能与耐老化性能。
The modified asphalt was prepared by hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2).The microstructure and properties of hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2)and hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2)modified asphalt were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and ultraviolet-visible division meter.The effects of hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2)on physical properties,temperature sensitivity and rheological properties of the matrix asphalt were investigated,and the anti long-term aging resistance and UV aging properties of modified asphalt were evaluated.The results show that the hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2)modified asphalt,compared with the matrix asphalt,shows a lower fatigue factor after long-term aging.The UV aging index of the modified asphalt is also obviously lower than that of the matrix asphalt.And under the 7%addition of the hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2)modified asphalt,the modified asphalt shows better rheological properties and anti-aging properties.
