摘要
文中采用纳米强化技术对再生骨料预处理,研究纳米强化技术(水玻璃、纳米CaCO 3和纳米SiO 2)对再生混凝土变形性能(干燥收缩、自收缩和徐变)影响;并利用压汞法分析混凝土孔隙结构。结果表明,纳米SiO 2改善再生骨料混凝土变形性能效果最佳,纳米CaCO 3次之,水玻璃效果最差。纳米强化处理可降低再生混凝土孔隙率,优化混凝土孔隙结构。
The effects of nano-enhanced technologies(water glass,nano-CaCO 3,and nano-SiO 2)on the deformation properties(dry shrinkage,autogenous shrinkage and creep)of recycled concrete are studied by pretreatment of reclaimed aggregates with nano-enhanced technology.In addition,the pore structure of concrete is analyzed by means of MIP.Results show that the nano-SiO 2 has the best effect on improving the deformation performance of recycled aggregate concrete,followed by nano-CaCO 3,and the water glass is the worst.And nano-enhanced treatment can reduce the porosity of recycled concrete and optimize the pore structure of concrete.
