摘要
SAP体系的实施和完善是一个循序渐进的、与管理相结合的过程。在此项目实施过程中,逐步推进各项业务的全面上线,加强对企业的统一管理,建立全面的预算控制体系,加强企业内部控制,开发决策辅助工具,构建报表平台;同时,将各个独立的业务系统通过界面与SAP连接起来,实现了业务流程的连续。企业的业务流程可以通过SAP平台进行整合,从而优化企业的业务流程,提高企业核心竞争能力。
The implementation and improvement of SAP system is a step-by-step process combined with management.During the implementation of this project,gradually promote the comprehensive launch of various businesses and strengthen the unified management of the enterprise,establish a comprehensive budget control system,strengthen the internal control of the enterprise,develop decision AIDS and build a report platform,at the same time,connect the independent business systems with SAP through the interface to realize the continuity of business process.The business processes of enterprises can be integrated through the SAP platform to improve the business processes and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
