Reform of Chemical Talents Training Mode Serves the Construction of World-class Salt Lake Industrial Base

自从改革开放政策实施以来,中国高度关注西部地区发展与建设,尤其是在科技引导发展的今天,为充分发挥青海省发展盐湖产业的天然优势,构建世界级盐湖产业基地,国家有关部门明确表示青海区域经济的发展离不开盐湖产业经济水平的提高,只有该产业实现长期稳定的发展,才能更好地推动青海省实现高质量发展。目前,建立应用化工技术专业群,引领职业教育服务国家战略已成为青海省世界级盐湖产业基地建设必备要素与发展目标,文章从化工类人才培养模式改革的角度进行研究,探讨其服务世界级盐湖产业基地建设的有关内容,进一步丰富相关研究理论。

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China has paid great attention to the development and construction of the western region,especially in today’s science and technology-guided development,in order to give full play to the natural advantages of developing salt lake industry in Qinghai province,and build a world-class salt lake industrial base.The relevant departments of the state make it clear that the regional economic development of Qinghai province cannot be separated from the improvement of the economic level of the salt lake industry.Only when the industry realizes the long-term and stable development of the industry can the high-quality development of Qinghai province be better promoted.At present,the establishment of applied chemical technology professional group and leading the vocational education service national strategy have become a world-class salt lake industry base construction in Qinghai province essential elements and development goals.The research is carried out from the perspective of chemical personnel training mode reform,and the relevant contents of its service to the construction of the world-class salt lake industry base are discussed,and the related research theories are further enriched.
