摘要
为满足国家“碳达峰、碳中和”的专业人才培养需求,教育部在2022年4月颁布了《加强碳达峰碳中和高等教育人才培养体系建设工作方案》,该方案要求高校加强绿色低碳教育,加快培养急需紧缺人才,促进传统专业转型。文章对标教育部“双碳”目标高等教育人才培养方案,在调整培养目标、修订培养方案、优化课程体系和教学内容等方面对改进高校教学内容提出了建议,具体涉及储能、氢能、光伏技术、二氧化碳捕集及资源化利用等内容。同时,新能源技术相关课程的开展,对少数民族地区急需紧缺人才培养也具有重要积极意义。
In order to meet the national demand for“carbon peak,carbon neutral”professional talent training,the Ministry of Education issued the“Work Plan for Strengthening the Construction of Carbon Peak,Carbon Neutral Higher Education Talent Training System”in April 2022.The program requires colleges and universities to strengthen green and low-carbon education,accelerate the cultivation of urgently needed talents,and promote the transformation traditional specialties.The article puts forward suggestions on improving the teaching content of colleges and universities in terms of adjusting the training objectives,revising the training plan,optimizing the curriculum system and teaching content,etc.,in accordance with the“double carbon”target higher education talent training program of the Ministry of Education,specifically involving energy storage,hydrogen energy,photovoltaic technology,carbon dioxide capture and resource utilization.At the same time,the development of new energy technology-related courses is also of great positive significance for the cultivation of urgently needed talents in minority areas.
