废弃物转化生物质粉体燃料准确计量技术研究

摘要 在人类生产和生活中产生大量有机废弃物,将有机废弃物转化为生物质粉体燃料耦合燃煤锅炉发电是一种有效的处理方式。为了保证燃煤锅炉掺烧生物质粉体燃料能够稳定燃烧,需要对生物质粉体燃料进行准确称量。文章针对现有粉体物料计量技术进行分析,选取转子秤作为生物质粉体燃料最佳计量技术。通过自行搭建转子秤称量试验系统,得到转子称最大计量精度偏差为0.141%,满足项目要求。 A large amount of organic waste is produced in human production and life.It is an effective way to convert organic waste into biomass powder fuel coupled coal-fired boiler for power generation.In order to ensure that the combustion of biomass powder fuel can be stable,the biomass powder fuel needs to be weighed accurately.In this paper,the existing measurement technology of powder material is analyzed,and the rotor is named as the best measurement technology of biomass powder fuel.Through the selfbuilt test system,the maximum measurement accuracy deviation of rotor weight is 0.141%,which meets the project requirements.
