新型防垢剂在某油田的应用

摘要 某油田井液含有较多结垢离子,结垢趋势明显,在未加注防垢剂的情况下,4 h即可观察到管线结垢现象,严重影响生产水处理系统。因此,防垢剂也成为其必不可少的关键药剂之一。文章通过互溶实验、配伍性试验和现场试验,采取化验生产水处理系统出口钙离子浓度、定期拆卸检查气浮选油相短节和外排水总管处防垢挂片等方法,与防垢剂A进行对比,综合判断新型防垢剂B的防垢效果。 There are many scaling ions in the well fluid of this oilfield,and the scaling trend is strong.Without adding scale inhibitor,pipeline scaling can be observed within four hours,which seriously affects the production water treatment system.Therefore,scale inhibitor has also become one of the essential key agents in this oilfield.In this paper,by means of mutual dissolution test,compatibility test and field test,the methods such as testing the calcium ion concentration at the outlet of the production water treatment system,regularly disassembling and inspecting the air flotation oil separation phase nipple and the anti-scaling hanging piece at the external drainage main pipe are adopted to comprehensively judge the anti-scaling effect of the new type scale inhibitor B by comparing it with the scale inhibitor A.
