文章根据可燃液体罐液罐区域的设备布局和管线设计,以及液罐的特性,从储罐的选型、容积、容量、数目等方面进行了详细的论述。通过分析得出,在油库布局中,应依据化学原材料的危害性选择储罐的种类,以物料贮存期和利用期为依据,按物料总量来决定贮罐的容积,再依照有关规范进行储罐布局。管路的布置要符合规范,可按现场条件合理安排。

For the equipment layout and pipeline design of combustible liquid tank area,combined with the characteristics of combustible liquid tank area,firstly,this paper discusses the perspective of tank selection,tank volume and quantity.The study indicates that the type of tank should be chosen on the basis of the hazard of the chemical raw material.According to the storage time and the working period of the material,the capacity of the tank can be determined by the total amount of materials,and then arrange the storage tank according to relevant standard.The pipe design meets the specification requirements,and the number of hose exchange stations around the tank should be optimized.
