碳酸乙烯酯的合成及新应用领域探究

Study on Synthesis and New Application Fields of Ethylene Carbonate

碳酸乙烯酯是一种绿色、环保的有机化合物和中间体。作为一种重要的有机溶剂,碳酸乙烯酯可被大量应用于锂离子电池的电解液生产中,也可用于电解液添加剂的合成,具有极高的经济价值。文章简述了碳酸乙烯酯的工业化合成方法,并分析了其在11个领域的应用情况。环氧乙烷吸收剂、脱碳剂领域关于碳酸乙烯酯的研究较少,具有一定的应用前景;负极浆料、涂料和乙烯基碳酸乙烯酯(VEC)合成领域有部分关于碳酸乙烯酯的研究,但工业化应用量较少。在苯氧乙醇、扩链剂、聚酯多元醇合成领域,对碳酸乙烯酯的研究的数量有增加趋势;DMC、VC和FEC的合成为碳酸乙烯酯的主要应用领域。

Vinyl carbonate is a kind of green and environmentally friendly organic compound and intermediate.As an important organic solvent,vinyl carbonate can be widely used in the the synthesis of electrolyte additives,and can also be used in the synthesis of electrolyte additives,which has a high economic value.This paper briefly describes the industrial synthesis methods of vinyl carbonate,and analyzes the application of vinyl carbonate in 11 fields.There is little research on ethylene carbonate in the field of ethylene oxide absorbent and decarburizer,so it has a certain application prospect.There are some studies on the synthesis of vinyl carbonate(VEC)in the field of negative paste,coating and synthesis of vinyl carbonate(VEC),but the amount of industrial application is small.In the field of phenoxyethanol,chain extender and polyester polyol synthesis,the number of studies on vinyl carbonate has increased.DMC,VC and FEC are the main application fields of vinyl carbonate.
