摘要
针对当前高盐废水蒸发处理在实际应用中的问题,引入机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术,开展煤化工高盐废水的蒸发结晶工艺技术研究,对预热、蒸发和结晶等工艺装置和基本参数进行调整,结合离心机,实现煤化工高盐废水“零排放”。分析工艺应用下的蒸发结晶效果分析得出,该工艺在实际应用中结合MVR技术,实现组合式两效蒸发结晶,解决了在实际操作过程中降膜管束容易结垢堵塞的问题。
In view of the problems existing in the practical application of evaporation treatment of high salt wastewater,mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)technology is introduced to carry out the research on evaporation crystallization technology of high salt wastewater from coal chemical industry.Adapting to the basic parameters of preheating,evaporation,crystallization and other devices,evaporation crystallization process,and finally combined with centrifuge,realize“zero discharge”of high salt wastewater from coal chemical industry.Through the analysis of evaporative crystallization effect under the process application,it is concluded that the process combines MVR technology in practical application to realize combined two effect evaporative crystallization,thus solving the problem that the falling film tube bundle is easy to scale and block during the actual operation of the process.
