摘要
为提高工业机器人技术专业的设备利用率,改变原有的单一工作站模式,实现两种及以上工业机器人工作站的联机运行,基于Arduino控制设计一种的智能运料小车。详细介绍小车的硬件结构和软件程序开发。包括单片机、电源、驱动电机、循迹、避障、小车外观设计与选型考量;编写了实现运料小车整个工作过程的软件程序。经实验,小车最终能够胜任搬运工作站与视觉工作站之间的运料任务。设计提高了设备的创新性应用,为同类专业设备开发工作提供参考。
In order to improve the equipment utilization rate of industrial robot technology specialty,change the original single workstation mode, and realize the online operation of two or more industrial robot workstations, based on Arduino control, a new intelligent material handling trolley is designed. The hardware structure and software program development of the car are introduced in detail, including single chip microcomputer, power supply, driving motor, tracking, obstacle avoidance, car appearance design and selection considerations, and a software program is written to realize the whole working process of the transporting trolley. After the experiment, the trolley can finally be competent for the material transportation task between the handling workstation and the vision workstation. It improves the innovative application of equipment, and provides reference for similar professional equipment development.
