印制电路板企业获中国专利奖情况分析

我国“十四五”规划中明确提出保护高价值专利,激励高价值的产出。在2035年远景目标纲要中更是将“每万人口高价值发明专利拥有量”作为经济社会发展指标,2025年预期目标为每万人12件高价值发明专利。本文基于数据挖掘技术和专利情报分析手段,以印制电路板企业荣获中国专利奖的历届专利为研究对象,从专利技术领域、专利技术功效、专利维护时长、专利权利要求等角度进行共性分析,并据此提出印制电路板企业申报中国专利奖的建议。

In the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" of China, it is clearly proposed to protect high-value patents and stimulate high-value output. In the Vision Target Outline of 2035, "the number of high-value invention patents per 10 000 people" is included in economic and social development as an indicator. In 2025, it is expected to target 12 high-value invention patents per 10 000 people.Based on data mining technology and patent information analysis means, and taking the award-winning patents of PCB enterprises that have won the China Patent Award in previous years as the research object, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of their commonalities from the perspectives of patent technology field, patent technology efficacy, patent maintenance time and patent claim, and gives suggestions on applying for the China Patent Award.
