阻燃稻壳/PVC复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 简述了使用可再生量大、利用率低的稻壳替代木粉制备环境友好型稻壳/PVC复合材料,并利用无卤、无毒膨胀阻燃剂(APP/CFA)制备阻燃稻壳/PVC材料,既可以保护森林资源又可以减少焚烧稻秸稻壳造成的环境污染,并对环境友好型稻壳/PVC复合材料的性能进行了研究。 In this paper,the environmentally-friendly rice husk/PVC(polyvinyl chloride) composite material was prepared by replacing wood flour with Rice Hull with large amount of renewable and low utilization rate,and the flame retardant rice husk/PVC material was prepared by utilizing halogen-free,non-toxic intumescent flame retardant(APP/CFA),which could not only protect forest resources but also reduce environmental pollution of the burning rice straw and husk.In this paper,the properties of environment-friendly rice husk/PVC composite were analyzed and investigated.
