盐水在线分析系统及自动控制技术应用

摘要 通过引入盐水自动在线分析系统,实现了自动化控制投用及智慧无线物联平台搭建,有效提升了盐水全分析在线自动化控制水平,同时将在线数据与公司质检SMS及生产执行系统MES数据共享,在生产装置应用层有效提高盐水制备品质保障和原辅料成本最优控制,较大程度降低两碱加入量和加酸量,减少人工操作,确保装置经济高效可靠运行。 The introduction of brine automatic online analysis system,research on automatic control application and construction of intelligent wireless Internet of things platform can effectively improve the online automatic control level of brine full analysis. At the same time,the online data is shared with the company’s quality inspection SMS and production execution system MES data,which can effectively improve the quality assurance of brine preparation and the optimal control of raw and auxiliary material cost in the application layer of production equipment,reduce the amount of two alkali and acid to a large extent,and use brine to prepare primary brine to the greatest extent,At the same time,reduce manual operation and analysts to ensure the economic,efficient and reliable operation of the device.
