羧基甜菜碱型氟碳表面活性剂的合成及其泡沫性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文在碱性条件下将N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺乙内酯季铵盐与全氟己基乙基磺酰氯反应制备了一种新型羧基甜菜碱型氟碳表面活性剂,即全氟己基乙基磺酰胺丙基乙羧基甜菜碱(FTAB)。利用全氟烷基链的“三高”、“两憎”优势,详细研究了FTAB的表面特性,特别是FTAB作为起泡剂时产生泡沫时的抗盐性能和耐油性能。研究结果表明FTAB在NaCl溶液浓度达到20 g·L^(-1)、煤油含量达到30%、环己烷含量达到50%时,该氟碳表面活性剂均具有良好的泡沫持续性和起泡性能。 In this work,a carboxy-betaine-type fluorocarbon surfactant was prepared by reacting N,N-dimethyL-1,3-propanediamine betaine quaternary ammonium salt with perfluorohexylethylsulfonyl chloride under alkaline conditions,namely perfluorohexylethylsulfonamidopropylethylcarboxybetaine(FTAB).With the merit of the"three high"and"two phobic"characteristics of the perfluoroalkyl chain,its surface performance was modified.Thus,the surface tension,salt resistance and oil resistance of the produced foam were deeply studied when FTAB was used as a foaming agent.The results showed that the foam persistence and foaming performance of FTAB were still good when the NaCl concentration reached 20 g·L^(-1),the kerosene content reached 30%,and the cyclohexane content reached 50%.
