彬长矿业煤炭产供销价值链智慧联动管理平台研究与应用

Research and application of coal production-supply-marketing value chain intelligent linkage management platform in Binchang Mining Group

在企业数字化转型大背景下,提出安全生产经营管理体系、产供销联动模式、全价值成本管控体系以及数据驱动决策机制智慧联动的煤炭产供销价值链管理模式,并构建了以陕煤集团“三网一平台”为基础的煤炭产供销价值链智慧联动管理平台。详细阐述了该平台数据集成架构和平台主要建设内容,该平台集成并融合已有安全、生产、供应、销售、财务等信息系统,建立了矿端数据、业务辅助、公司级大数据、智能应用四大中心。实际应用表明,该平台构建的6大业务模块和8大主题展示的核心应用能够以数据赋能安全生产运营,可实现产供销联动、人财物统筹、自动分析、智能研判和科学决策,助推企业高质量发展。

Under the background of the enterprise's digital transformation,this paper proposes the coal production-supply-marketing value chain management model of intelligent linkage of safe production operating management system,production-supply-marketing linkage model,whole-value cost control system and data-driven decision-making mechanism,and constructs the coal production-supply-marketing value chain intelligent linkage management platform based on"three networks and one platform"of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group.The data integration architecture and main construction contents of the platform are described in detail.The platform integrates existing information systems such as safety,production,supply,sales and finance,and establishes four major centers,namely,mine data,business assistance,company-level big data and intelligent application.The practical application shows that the core applications of the six business modules and eight theme displays built by the platform can enable safe production and operation with data,and realize the production-supply-marketing linkage,human and property coordination,automatic analysis,intelligent research and judgment and scientific decision-making,and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
