“聚焦解决模式”护理干预在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Focused Solution Mode Nursing Intervention in Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life of Patients with Hepatitis C

目的 探究对慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者实施聚焦解决模式护理干预对其治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 以昆明市第三人民医院肝病中心2020年10月至2021年10月期间住院患者中的100例慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表格法,分为对照组和实验组各50例进行研究,对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组实施聚焦解决模式护理干预[包括:(1)干预计划;(2)健康宣教;(3)评估与反馈;(4)护理评价;(5)护理优化],均干预6个月。比较分析2组患者的生活质量、治疗依从性、护理满意度,判断聚焦解决模式护理干预在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用价值。结果 干预后实验组的SF-36生活质量评分显著高于对照组(120.64±8.71) vs (113.97±8.43),且干预后实验组的治疗依从性(98.00%vs 86.00%)和护理满意度(100.00%vs 92.00%)也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 聚焦解决模式护理干预在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者护理中是有效的。以该模式为依据的护理干预模式对患者生活质量有明显改善,能提高患者遵医行为及护理体验,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life of hepatitis C patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis C in the Liver disease Center of Kunming Third People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and experimental group with 50 cases each. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The experimental group implemented focused solution mode of nursing intervention [including:(1) intervention plan;(2) health education;(3) Evaluation and feedback;(4) nursing evaluation;(5) Nursing optimization],all intervention for 6 months.The quality of life,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the application value of focused solution mode nursing intervention in patients with chronic C viral hepatitis was judged. Results After intervention,the quality score of SF-36 in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(120.64 ± 8.71 vs 113.97 ± 8.43). After intervention,treatment compliance(98.00% vs86.00%) and nursing satisfaction(100.00%) versus 92.The experimental group was higher than that of the control group.05. Conclusions Intensive nursing intervention is effective for the care of patients with chronic hepatitis C. The nursing intervention mode based on this model can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve patients’ compliance behavior and nursing experience,and is worthy of clinical application.
