摘要
2021年1月1日《化妆品监督管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)正式施行。为了更好地推进化妆品新原料备案制度的实施,本文结合具体的新原料审查工作实践,总结了《条例》实施以来化妆品新原料的备案情况,归纳分析《条例》实施后新原料备案存在的常见问题及成因,并对新原料备案下一步工作提出了合理化建议。
On January 1, 2021, the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics(hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) has been officially implemented. In order to better promote the implementation of the filing system of new cosmetic ingredients, this paper combined specific new ingredient review practices, summarized the filing of new cosmetic ingredients, and analyzed the common problems and causes of the filing of new cosmetic ingredients after the implementation of the Regulations, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the next step of the filing of new ingredients.
