无添加防腐剂面部驻留类化妆品的防腐效能

摘要 为了评估市售无添加防腐剂面部驻留类化妆品在储存及使用过程中受微生物污染的风险,测定了该类化妆品的水分活度,并参考《CTFA微生物指南》(2007年版)(以下简称《CTFA》)中的方法对该类化妆品进行防腐挑战试验。结果表明12批化妆品的水分活度均在0.96~1.00,适宜微生物生长;其中9批化妆品未通过《CTFA》防腐挑战试验判定标准,不通过率为75%,均为霉菌和酵母菌总数降低率不达标。因此,部分市售无添加防腐剂面部驻留类化妆品防腐体系效能不足,存在微生物污染的风险,用妆风险较大。 In order to evaluate the risk of microbial contamination of preservative-free facial resident cosmetics during storage and use,the water activity of these cosmetics was measured.According to the method of CTFA Microbiology Guide(2007edition)(hereafter referred to as CTFA),the anticorrosion challenge tests were carried out.The results showed that:the water activity of 12 batches of cosmetics ranged from 0.96 to 1.00,which was suitable for microbial growth.Among them,9 batches of cosmetics did not pass the determination standard of anticorrosion challenge test of CTFA,with a rejection rate of 75%,all of which failed to meet the reduction rate of the total number of molds and yeasts.Therefore,some commercially available preservative-free facial resident cosmetics are not sufficiently effective in their preservative system,and there is a risk of microbial contamination and a greater risk of using makeup.
