粉底液中铬、镍、镉、铊、铅和铋6种元素含量分析及健康风险评价 被引量:1

Content Analysis and Health Risk Assessment of Six Elements in Liquid Foundation:Cr,Ni,Cd,Tl,Pb and Bi

摘要 为调查粉底液中重金属的含量及评估其对人体的健康风险,对市售30批粉底液中铬、镍、镉、铊、铅和铋6种元素进行定量分析,采用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对粉底液中6种元素通过皮肤接触途径的健康风险进行评价。结果显示,粉底液中、铬、镉和铅的检出率均为100%,镍和铊的检出率均为93.3%,铋的检出率为13.3%,其中镉和铅的含量符合《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),粉底液中6种元素对人体经皮肤接触的非致癌风险较低,但健康风险与使用量呈正相关的关系,使用量的增加会导致重金属对人体的健康风险增加。所以建议在日常使用过程中减少粉底液的使用量,降低健康风险。 To investigate contents of heavy metals in liquid foundations and assess their health risks to humans,30 batches of commercially available foundations were quantitatively analyzed for Cr,Ni,Cd,Tl,Pb and Bi,and the health risks of 6 heavy metals in liquid foundations through dermal were evaluated using the health risk assessment model recommended by the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA).The results showed that the detection rates of Cr,Cd and Pb in liquid foundations were 100%,Ni and Tl were 93.3%,Bi was 13.3%,among which the contents of Cd and Pb were in accordance with the Safety and Technical Standards For Cosmetics(2015).The dermal non-carcinogenic risk of 6 heavy metals elements in the liquid foundation was low to human body,but the health risk was positively correlated with the amount of use,and the increase in the amount of use would lead to an increase in the health risk of heavy metals to the human body.So it is recommended to reduce the amount of liquid foundation in the daily use to reduce the health risk.
