摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中18种防腐剂组分的分析方法。采用Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120SB-C18(100 mm×4.6 mm×2.7μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇和25 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(含0.5 mmol/L EDTA-2 Na,用磷酸调节pH至3.80)为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长分别为230和280 nm。结果表明,18种防腐剂组分在各线性范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均≥0.999,方法检出限为0.03~0.96μg/mL,定量限为0.10~3.22μg/mL。平均回收率为90.70%~107.02%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.09%~6.07%。该方法简便、分析时间短、分离度好,可用于化妆品中防腐剂的含量测定。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of 18 preservatives in cosmetics was established.The analysis was carried out by Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 SB-C18column(100 mm×4.6 mm×2.7μm),methanol and 25 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(containing with 0.5 mmol/L EDTA-2Na,adjusted pH to 3.80 by phoshporic acid)used as mobile phases for gradient elution,while the wavelength of 230,280 nm were selected for detection.The results showed that the method had good linearity of 18 preservative components within corresponding liner range(R~2≥0.999).The method LOD and LOQ were within the range of 0.03~0.96μg/mL and 0.10~3.22μg/mL,respectively.The method had average recoveries from 90.70%to 107.02%.And relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 1.09%to 6.07%.This method was simple,efficient and suitable for the determination of preservatives in cosmetics.
