C60富勒烯的安全性评价及法规管理现状

Safety Evaluation of C60 Fullerene and Its Current Status of Regulation

旨在了解C60富勒烯在化妆品中使用的安全性评价及法规管理现状,为我国该类化妆品原料监管提供参考。研究和总结近年来纳米C60富勒烯安全性评价的相关文献报道及化妆品法规管理现状。欧盟委员会、美国、中国发布了与化妆品纳米材料有关的技术法规,可用于指导对其安全性评价。现有研究表明对纳米尺寸下的富勒烯的毒理学研究数据有限,建议持续关注富勒烯在化妆品中的使用情况和安全性评价研究进展。

To study the research progress on safety evaluation of C60fullerene in cosmetics and current status of regulation,the research progress of toxicologic study and current status of the regulation of C60fullerene were reviewed through published literature in recent years.Many countries(area) including the European Union,the United States,and China have issued regulations or documents on nano-materials in cosmetic.It is suggested that toxicological information of C60fullerene at nanometer-scale is limited,although many articles reported toxicological effects of C60fullerene.More attention should be paid to the safety analysis of fullerenes.
