摘要
党的二十大报告再次强调“坚持系统观念”。系统具有整体性、结构性、层次性和开放性四个属性。系统观念是从整体出发观察世界、分析问题的基本观念。系统观念的哲学意蕴在于它既是马克思主义唯物辩证法的内在要求,也是我们党开展工作的重要方法。系统观念的实践意义是党员领导干部要从系统的固有属性出发开展工作,坚持整体推进、优化结构、理清层次和扩大开放。
The report to the 20th CPC National Congress empathized adhering to the systems thinking. System has four attributes: integrity, structure, hierarchy and openness. The systems thinking is to observe the world and analyze problems as a whole. The philosophical implication of systems thinking lies in that it is not only the inherent requirement of Marxist materialist dialectics, but an important method of our Party’s work as well. The practical significance of the systems thinking is that our leading officials should start from the attributes of system, promote in an overall manner, optimize the structure, sort out levels and expand opening up.
