恒电位驱动型氢气浓度监测仪研制

摘要 针对核电厂正常运行工况、事故工况以及事故后安全壳内氢气浓度监测需求,研制了恒电位驱动型氢气浓度监测仪。该监测仪基于电化学原理,可实现氢气浓度在线监测,并将监测结果实时传输至核电厂仪控系统。对仪器的测量原理、测控方法、软硬件设计进行了阐述,并依据核电厂测量要求对仪器进行了性能试验,计算得到仪器的测量范围为0~20%、最大误差为-1.95%FS、重复性误差为1.23%、响应时间(T90)为70 s。试验结果表明,该仪器具有误差小、重现性高、稳定性好等优点,可实现二次仪表与氢浓度传感器的远距离分离,适用于核电厂复杂工况环境下的氢气浓度在线监测。 A constant potential driven hydrogen concentration monitor is developed for monitoring the hydrogen concentration in the containment of nuclear power plants under normal operating conditions, accident conditions and after accidents. Based on the electrochemical principle, the monitor can monitor the hydrogen concentration online and transmit the monitoring results to the instrumentation and control system of nuclear power plant in real time. The measurement principle, measurement and control method, software and hardware design of the instrument are described, and the performance test of the instrument is conducted according to the measurement requirements of the nuclear power plant, and the measurement range of the instrument is 0~20%, the maximum measurement error is-1.95%FS, the repeatability error is 1.23%, and the response time(T90) is 70 s. The test results show that the instrument has the advantages of small error, high reproducibility, good stability, etc. The instrument is suitable for online monitoring of hydrogen concentration in the complex working conditions of nuclear power plants, as it can separate the secondary instrument from the hydrogen concentration sensor at a distance.
