摘要 传统垃圾转运站监测系统处于局域网监测阶段并采用有线监测采集网络,存在布线复杂、后期维护困难、需要人工值守的问题,造成多余人工成本、排放难以监管的情况。针对上述问题,采用ZigBee无线传感器网络技术和云平台技术,设计了1种垃圾转运站远程监测系统。给出了系统的总体设计方案。设计了ZigBee/Wi-Fi数据网关、监测节点的硬件和软件,并建立了现场无线传感器采集网络,以解决传统有线数据采集方式布线困难的难题。利用Socket套接字网络通信技术,链接阿里云平台与现场采集网络,实现了现场环境数据的实时传输。在阿里云平台上,利用MySQL数据库技术保存上传的环境数据,采用Grafana数据可视化检测工具建立可视化界面,实现了移动终端对垃圾转运站内现场排放情况的实时监控与历史数据的可追溯功能。该系统有助于实现垃圾转运站信息共享和安全绿色生产。 The traditional waste transfer station monitoring system is at the stage of local area network monitoring and using wired monitoring and collection network, which has the problems of complex wiring, difficult post-maintenance and needing manual guarding, resulting in the situation of excess labor cost and difficult supervision of emissions. Aiming at the above problems, a remote monitoring system for waste transfer stations is designed using ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and cloud platform technology. The overall design scheme of the system is given. The hardware and software of ZigBee/Wi-Fi data gateway and monitoring nodes are designed, and a field wireless sensor collection network is established to solve the difficulty of wiring in the traditional wired data collection method. Using Socket socket network communication technology, the AliCloud platform is linked to the field collection network to achieve real-time transmission of field environmental data. On the AliCloud platform, MySQL database technology is used to save the uploaded environmental data, and Grafana data visualization and detection tool is used to establish a visualization interface, which realizes the real-time monitoring and traceability function of historical data of on-site emissions in waste transfer stations by mobile terminals. The system helps to realize information sharing and safe and green production at waste transfer stations.
