Absolute cell counting belongs to an important experimental parameter,in terms of medical research and clinical examination,it plays an important role.A variety of methods have been derived during the development of absolute cell counting from the use of the hemocytometer to the application of flow cytometry.In this paper,different absolute cell counting methods will be elaborated on,and the principles,advantages,and disadvantages of different methods will be compared to provide a reference for selecting appropriate absolute cell counting methods in terms of medical research and clinical examination.
