养血清脑丸联合加巴喷丁治疗偏头痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Yangxue Qingnao Pills Combined with Gabapentin for Migraine

目的:观察养血清脑丸联合加巴喷丁治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将124例偏头痛患者分为对照组与治疗组各62例。对照组给予加巴喷丁治疗;治疗组给予养血清脑丸联合加巴喷丁治疗。比较2组治疗前后头痛持续时间、发作次数、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、偏头痛特异性生活质量问卷评分(MSQ)、中医证候积分及血清5-HT、内皮素-1(ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平,并评估2组临床疗效和安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组82.26%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组头痛持续时间、发作次数、VAS评分、中医证候积分及血清5-HT、ET-1、CGRP水平均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),MSQ评分增加(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养血清脑丸联合加巴喷丁治疗偏头痛临床疗效确切,能有效缓解患者偏头痛症状,减少炎症反应,提高生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao Pills combined with Gabapentin for migraine and its effect on 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) in serum. Methods:A total of 124 cases with migraine were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gabapentin, and the treatment group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao Pills combined with Gabapentin. Before and after treatment,the duration and onset frequency of headache,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Migraine Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(MSQ)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes, and the levels of 5-HT, endothelin-1(ET-1) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in serum were compared among two groups. The clinical effects and safety in two groups were evaluated. Results:The effective rate was 96.77% in treatment group,higher than that of 82.26% in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the duration and onset frequency of headache,VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,levels of 5-HT,ET-1 and CGRP in serum in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05) when compared with those before treatment,and the MSQ scores were increased(P<0.05);the improvement of the above indexes in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). The comparison of side reactions between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Yangxue Qingnao Pills combined with Gabapentin has a definite clinical effect in treating migraine, and can effectively relieve the symptom of migraine, reduce inflammatory responses,and improve quality of life with higher safety.
