隔盐灸联合耳穴压豆对血液病患者化疗所致胃肠道反应的影响

Effect of Moxibustion on Salt Combined with Auricular Point Seed-Pressing on Gastrointestinal Reactions Caused by Chemotherapy in Patients with Hematopathy

目的:观察隔盐灸联合耳穴压豆对血液病患者化疗所致胃肠道反应的影响。方法:回顾性选取血液病化疗患者83例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组43例和观察组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆联合隔盐灸治疗。比较2组治疗前后胃肠道症状评分、胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)评分、肿瘤患者生活质量(QOL)评分、白蛋白(Alb)、生长激素(GH)及转铁蛋白(TRF)水平。结果:治疗后,2组各项胃肠道症状评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项胃肠道症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组GSRS评分较治疗前降低,QOL评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Alb、GH及TRF水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组Alb、GH及TRF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:隔盐灸联合耳穴压豆能有效缓解血液病化疗患者胃肠道症状,提升胃肠道功能及治疗期间生活质量,改善营养状况。

Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion on salt combined with auricular point seedpressing on gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy in patients with hematopathy. Methods:A total of 83 cases of patients with hematopathy undergoing chemotherapy were given retrospective selection and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 43 and 40 cases in each group respectively. The control group was intervened with routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally treated with moxibustion on salt combined with auricular seedpoint pressing based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,the gastrointestinal symptom scores, Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS) scores, Quality of Life(QOL) scores of tumor patients, and levels of albumin(Alb), growth hormone(GH) and transferrin(TRF) in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, each gastrointestinal symptom score in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,GSRS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and QOL scores were increased(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of Alb,GH and TRF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of Alb,GH and TRF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Moxibustion on salt combined with auricular point seedpressing can effectively relieve gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with hematopathy undergoing chemotherapy, enhance gastrointestinal tract function and quality of life during treatment, and improve nutritional status.
