Experience Introduction of CHEN Bojun in Treating Acute Coronary Syndrome

陈伯钧教授认为,心气亏虚是急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的始动因素,痰瘀互结是病理基础,毒损心络是关键因素。治疗上应补益心气,寓通于补;豁痰活血,和脉通络;清热解毒,祛除病因;活用祛风药。病证结合,动态治疗。

Prof. CHEN Bojun believes that heart qi depletion is the initiating factor of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and its pathological basis is phlegm blended with stasis,whose key factor is the toxin injuring heart collaterals. The treatment should be tonifying heart qi, combing the method of unblocking with supplementing,eliminating phlegm and invigorating blood,harmonizing vessels and unblocking the collaterals, clearing heat and resolving toxin, so as to remove the cause of the disease;and besides,wind-dispelling medicines should be flexibly used. And the disease and syndrome should be combined and treated dynamically.
